The release date trailer is the official Steam video that put the date in writing before the DLC shipped — the beat between the Teaser Trailer and the Launch Trailer. It is hosted on the DLC’s own store page as “Release Date trailer”, and it converted the announcement’s premise into a calendar commitment: November 2, 2026.

What This Video Actually Did

In a DLC campaign, the release date trailer is the pivot from hype to logistics, and this one carried the weight of the whole schedule:

  • It committed the date — November 2, 2026, later verified by the actual launch the Release Date documents.
  • It anchored the package — the Jungle, its 20 waves and the dinosaur premise that the Dinosaurs catalogs by behavior.
  • It set up the close — everything after it (launch trailer, v1.2.0.0 same-day patch, first reviews) is downstream of the date this video fixed.

No public view count specific to this cut has been published, so none appears here.

Finding It Today

The video remains on the Steam page’s media section — the same place the Trailer Hub indexes for every official cut. If a search result shows a different “release date” video with numbers this wiki does not cite, treat its stats as its own upload’s, not the official record’s.
